Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Frontend Developer bei assona prägst du maßgeblich die digitalen Interfaces unserer Versicherungsprodukte und bringst deine Expertise in unser Tech-Umfeld ein.

• Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung der Frontend-Architektur
• Sicherstellung von Frontend-Observability und Testing (z. B. Sentry, Playwright)
• Mitarbeit an der Backend-Entwicklung bei Bedarf
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Lead zur Abstimmung zwischen Business, Design und Entwicklung
• Mentoring von Full-Stack-Entwicklern im Frontend (Best Practices, Qualitätssicherung

Dein Profil

• 6+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung, idealerweise mit Full-Stack-Anteil
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in React (TypeScript) und modernen Frontend-Toolchains (inkl. Storybook & Figma)
• Fundierter Umgang mit responsiven UIs, Testing (z. B. Playwright) und Observability (z. B. Sentry)
• Gute Kenntnisse in UI/UX-Konzepten, Farbmodellen, Barrierefreiheit und Webdesign
• Fachwissen in React-Frameworks wie Next.js sowie UI-Frameworks wie shadcn/ui
• Praxis in Backend-Entwicklung mit Node.js sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit mit Spring Boot (Java)
• Erfahrung in CI/CD, Deployment und Cloud-Plattformen (vorzugsweise AWS)
• Interesse an KI-gestützten Entwicklungsansätzen (z. B. Codex, Figma Connect)
• Vertraut mit agilen Arbeitsweisen, Stakeholder-Abstimmung und Softwarearchitektur
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Your responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend Developer at assona, you will play a key role in shaping the digital interfaces of our insurance products and contribute your expertise to our tech environment.

• Further development and design of the frontend architecture
• Ensuring frontend observability and testing (e.g. Sentry, Playwright)
• Contributing to backend development when needed
• Close collaboration with the Team Lead to align business, design, and development
• Mentoring full-stack developers in frontend topics (best practices, quality assurance)

Your profile

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development, ideally with full-stack exposure
• Strong expertise in React (TypeScript) and modern frontend toolchains (including Storybook & Figma)
• Solid experience with responsive UIs, testing (e.g. Playwright), and observability (e.g. Sentry)
• Good understanding of UI/UX concepts, color models, accessibility, and web design
• Expertise in React frameworks such as Next.js and UI frameworks like shadcn/ui
• Practical experience in backend development with Node.js and willingness to work with Spring Boot (Java)
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Interest in AI-supported development approaches (e.g. Codex, Figma Connect)
• Familiarity with agile ways of working, stakeholder alignment, and software architecture
• Very good English skills
